Seems to be a Turanid-influenced Ossetian. Not common, but not non-existent either, the region is very diverse and so are its people. Could technically pass as Turkmen, Uzbek, Uyghur, maybe Tajik.

IMO seems to be a mix of Asian Alpine + Turanid + probably/maybe Armenoid/Pontid.

Turanid influence is found in basically every ethnic group around the Black Sea/Steppes.
