They look northern Punjabis to me, when you say northern Pakistan it should mean KPK and Gilgit.

They don't look Indian as in the modern day sense, I would never mistake them from Delhi or anywhere in India, they look like Pakistani indids aka Indus folk not Gangetic plain folk.
