Lots of people in Iran and Turkey from bordering regions can fit in either place. The boundary or division was political, not ethnic. My own people were once Eastern Anatolians for centuries.

In the top photo i would say there is a man towards the top who is darker but looks Belgian, the young man towards the bottom looks more foreign, another man to his left looks a bit more Belgian but he isn't really visibile. In the first pic also the man below the family with the kid on the top left looks like he might have some foreign ancestry in his nose. In the second pic most look Belgian but the man to the right of the boy wearing the baseball cap with the black hair looks dubious, could be Belgian perhaps.
