In the past, in certain families in certain villages in the North of France, these characteristics were relatively common, but they were also found in the Central, Southern, Eastern and Western regions. These are traits that I associate with a “pan-French” phenotype of French from older generations (1850 to 1970).

However, this phenotype is currently (2024) less common in the North of France and France in general (this shows how absurd the "fixism" of racial classification is, because the phenotypes of a people can evolve over time, without even any allochthonous contribution, so that a face that was once relatively common in a specific area may no longer be common today and appear more exotic or vice versa)

Born in (Gouy-Saint-André) 1876
1m76 (1896)
Brown eyes and hair.

Atlantid

With brown eyes and hair? And that nose?
My father looks like him (with a least big nose) and he was classify as Dinaro-Med or Atlanto-Med (even if he's northern french).

The guy in the second pic looks textbook french, so i would say Atlantid, but maybe he has some dinarid too.
