There’s a German I tested at AncestryDNA and the results came some days ago.
The ancestry is this:
14/32 Sudeten-German
2/32 Czech
8/32 Western Mecklenburg
4/32 Lower Silesia
2/32 Southern Saxony-Anhalt
1/32 Eastern Lower Saxony
1/32 Saarland
The results seem somewhat too „northern“ and too „western“. But okay, as there are pretty different origins it could be a skewed inheritance, deviating from the statistic expectation.
Also, the testee got not a single region or genetic community.
