He is English of dutch descent, but looks more Iberian. He's pretty hot. He's got a twin brother Chris van Tulleken, and he's in a few of the pics below. But I think xand is the hot one

no, not at all. he looks stereotypically Dutch with that wide plus long face and those Atlantid features that look more American than British for some reason, but totally in the Dutch range.

He doesn't look particularly of Irish-Italian descent there are plenty of those. Some well-known ones.

I personally don't think people do actually look like other ethnicities in the majority of cases. I don't agree the OP looks like an Italian-Irish mix so we will disagree once again. :)
