Some Galicians and people from Minho ( North west Portugal ) are dark like that. Of course they are atypical but still exist. I think the most extreme type from Iberia are in the north.

You are partly right, in fact the darkest part of Spain is not Andalusia but West Leon (Zamora, Salamanca) According to studies from the beginning of the 20th century. Actually many Iberians have a Salou-Swarty complexion, it is not at all strange. But In the case of the guy, the most likely thing is that he is not Ethnic Spanish. In some photos he has very strange vibes. I know very few people, so they are not gypsies or foreigners, who look like this.

Yes I think the north have more extrême type( Dark or light) than the rest. Of course he is maybe not fully spanish but i wouldn’t be surprised if he is because some galicians can be like that and all the pictures are in Summer too. And the région below in Portugal have some extrême type too.
