There was a Turkish man doing a Kebab shop in my hometown in Hungary. He was as exotic looking as him, he was dark with exotic facial features. Maybe he was a Gypsy or Kurd larping as Turk?

He can pass as gypsy but why you think he would be light for a gypsy have you ever met gypsies certainly some gypsies are very dark but the large majority would not be darker then him in my opinion you seem to be confident that the average for gypsies is very dark and exotic have you met gypsies in real life and talked to them?

I do not think he is light even not in a european sense he is just outside in broad daylight but to me his skin looks brown

I would have guessed him as a gypsy or Indian, I am sure he passes in Pakistan or maybe Afghanistan, but idk if i see him passing anywhere else in west Asia.
