Girl/Woman at 2:06 looks totally European (very Slavic) while woman at 1:49 is very beautiful (mainly Pamirid). Both are the exception to the rule: most look at least 50% Asian (take for example people at 2:00) with significant Pamirid or even North Indid influences.

It's incredible these people speak Persian, while the Turks speak a Turkic language instead.
