I don't know that simply green or blue eyes is necessarily a sign of Indo-Aryan influence. Particularly green eyes, which seem endemic to Caucasoids in general. If I recall correctly, everyone with blue eyes has a fairly recent common ancestor, but this isn't true for green, which has far wider distribution.
