I would say some kind of Atlantid-Borreby mix, also I don't get "atypical American" term when US has basically people of almost any ethnic group imaginable

Oh c'mon guys. I live in the midwest her eye shape (likely only soft tissue but who knows) and relative flatness around it is quite noticeable.
