Is that supposed to be a joke?

Can't look more Karen than her, I guess.

Looks German or Danish.

That's because Kent was settled by a lot of Danes and of course Germans.

Could be anything really, hard to tell with just one picture being available

Anglo-Saxons/Jutes weren't Danes or Germans (only 'Germans' in the classical sense, as in Germanic).

Wouldn't Jutes be behind the reason why many people in Kent can have quite light blonde hair?

I suppose, it wouldn't come from Britons or French. Her hair looks dyed/white anyway, and she just looks English.

As i have said before it is actually rare to find completely Scandinavian looking people even in the most Scandinavian descended areas i.e east Yorkshire, north east Scotland and Shetland but i think some Scandinavian traits have sort of become absorbed into the native British population.

Yeah, but Kent didn't have Danish settlement, and the Jutes were probably West Germanic like other Anglo-Saxons.

There's not much evidence of Viking settlement in NE Scotland. The only area of the Scottish 'mainland' to bear the brunt of Viking settlement was Caithness.

What about the place names ending in "inge" that are quite common in Kent and in Denmark?

-ing/-ung is a very generic Germanic suffix and one letter away from becoming -inge just by chance
