I live in Romania, so I know Gypsies. He doesn't look at all like that. Maybe the guy with him in second pic can pass as that, but he is Algerian right?

he has a look that I associate with some Neapolitans that I have seen and know, but neapolitans can have many different looks. he pass in many other places, doesn't seem gypsy at all to me
