I don't think SSA ancestry at least in a residual level is common among them seems rather atypical.

For us is also pretty rare but maybe sometimes a very low and residual SSA percentage might appear but i've heard that it isn't probably real SSA but maybe an overlap with the Iberomaurisian, still i don't know for sure.

South Asians and Gypsies do not have SSI, but they do have AASI which gives them the darker skin tone.
Of course Gypsies have much less AASI than South Asians since they have European admixture to a varying degree..

If by "black" you mean Sub Saharan African then yes. When i first saw your thread, i thought you mean how dark their skin is though

I think its not ok because mexicans are not black. 3% a) doesnt make you black b) mexicans are socially different then blacks even people with more black but who are latinos are not black like puerto ricans, mexicans are not black they are latinos
