A question to those who got tested by at least two different companies

Firstly, to be clear, I am not talking about uploading your raw data into another company's system but actually getting saliva tested by two different companies (MyHeritage, AncestryDNA, 23andMe, FtDNA etc.)

Have those received different results on gedmatch and/or different G25 coordinates from the raw datas of the two different companies? A bit more Eastern/Western/Southern/Northern leaning perhaps?

I'd be glad if any of you shared some examples for the case I described above.

Results from different companies are like 98-99% the same on gedmatch / g25, from what I've seen.

As far as I know, ancestryDNA raw data is the most accurate (most SNPs covered).

Petalpusher, Rothaer and Scarface can give you more accurate answer to this.

Pretty much similar, but what surprised me most I get very one sided results even though I have double ethnicity.

They are very close, there is minor differences in how each is shifted relative to each other, sometimes one is more drifted than another etc

Yes I've compared my AncestryDNA raw data upload with my 23andme raw data upload on a few sites and the AncestryDNA file is a tiny bit more Southwestern shifted than the 23andme file. But the shift is super small.

Just to show you the results of a simple comparison for me of official modern pop averages scaled versus pre-updated G25 official:

I would not say, like others, that the differences are "minimal."

Ancestry has me more northern shifted than MyHeritage, both in their own breakdown and Gedmatch.
