Looks like some sort of Norid(East-Nordid perhaps) with something else that shows up to lesser and greater degrees within these images. It could be a Balto-Cro-Magnon tendency but its rather diluted and weak, but what is noticable is his Negroid heritage, which can be seen in the lower jaw. This is called prognathism and it seems to be there. As for the earlier classification he seems more Norid like, which could have to do with his German side, because his head is more sloped and not as elongated as East-Nordids.

It could be the beard and to a lesser extent the headshape, but other then that they share little to no resemblance.

Ivan Gannibal: Looks sort of like a Alpinoid-Baltid, probably receives most of his traits from his mom, since he looks more Quadroon then Mulatto(Which he actually is in retrospect).
Ibrahim Hannibal: Probably is more of an Aethiopoid given that he came from Eritrea, there is a story that he got his last name because he was descended from Hannibal.
