Wish we could get samples from Early Imperial Roman Cremators I think the “pure Anatolian Greek types” were probably less common amongst them. It is pretty much impossible to collect dna samples from most of the Romans that lived from the mid republican period and through the early imperial period since most were cremated and cremation destroys the molecular structure of DNA so it's almost impossible to recover anything.
