Since my SuperKit coordinates (MyHeritage+AncestryDNA) came out, I decided to plot all my real coordinates against my parents' ones. As we see, MyHeritage coordinates are throwing me way sideways, which I don't know if it is legit. My Ancestry ones seem to be the golden middle between my parents, and my SuperKit ones are pulling me slightly towards my father.

My question is, are you all in the middle of your parent's results, or is any of you pulled more towards one parent (or sideways, as is the case with the MyHeritage coordinates).

Should I trust my SuperKit coordinates more? Also, I should mention both my parents were tested with MyHeritage, so for me it is weird that I'm so away from them with the same company and in between with the other...

You inherit 50% genes from both parents and that inheritance is random, which could theoretically means you could pick up more southern genes from both of them or more northern genes or any other combination which would make you plot more south than both of them or north, east, west.

I look exqctly like my fatger and nothing like my mother. I have not done a genetic test I can't imagine this is unrelated to genetics. For example my mother has brown eyes but my day has blue eyes. Of his parents his father had brown eyes. So there is clearly some random low probability recessive genes we both jngerited which would show on a dna test but would not necessarilly accurately reflect the full geographical origins of our ancestors. In my case I guess this repeated many times over with regards to my skin colour, height, nose, face and many other thinsg which I all got from my and not from my mother and I imagine that would show on a dna test (and possibly I was getting recessive genes from her also that might represent 25% of her ancestry only).
