They give off a more Eastern vibe in the direction of North Africa and the Levantine. I would say the woman to the left looks like she could pass as Turkish, Lebanese, or Syrian. The other woman looks like she could fit into Lybia, Yemen, or Egypt.

Second - AfroAm or NorthEast Africa.
