For me, you are right with the anglo-saxon, borreby or alpine influence :).
She is a robust borreby IMO, maybe some nordid influence (?).
Her body fits the subrace.

The guy looks better than her. She needs to take care of herself and learn some good posture. She'd still be fairly low on the looks scale though.
