I don't see anything mediterranean, she's probably an alpinoid-dinarid, with something atlantid.

Would be interesting a thread about the perimeters, characteristics of
dinaric/taurid/armenoid subraces and how to identify them.

Her nose is too big to be Dinarid. Dinarid nose are supposed to be sharper and thinner.

Her nose is sharp and thin, just quite convex. I'm guessing it has to do with individual variation and not necessarily any outside influence.
