I don't see any alpinoid elements in him, he is tall and gracile.
I'd say dinarized atlantomed.
He could pass in most of the ex-Yugoslavian contries (maybe except Slovenia), Greece,Bulgaria,Romania,Malta,Cyprus and Albania, i think is looks is rather Balkan than southern italian.
