Please can you help me do the same but with Spanish Communities:
Target: Russian_Voronez
Distance: 0.8273% / 0.00827268 | R3P
43.2 Ukrainian_Sumy
32.6 Ukrainian_Zhytomyr
24.2 Russian_Yaroslavl

Target: Russian_Orel
Distance: 0.6006% / 0.00600617 | R3P
56.0 Ukrainian_Sumy
27.0 Russian_Tver
17.0 Russian_Ryazan

Target: Russian_Kaluga
Distance: 1.3431% / 0.01343135 | R3P
41.4 Russian_Yaroslavl
39.4 Ukrainian_Chernihiv
19.2 Ukrainian_Sumy


For example La Rioja=Basque Country+Castilla y Leon %
Valencian Community=Aragon+Basque Country+Catalonia%
Andalucia=Castilla y Leon+Basque Country+Navarra+Asturias+Cantabria%

You can do it yourself. Go to:

https://vahaduo.github.io/vahaduo/

Copy "Global25 pop averages modern scaled" from

https://eurogenes.blogspot.com/2019/07/getting-most-out-of-global25_12.html

Select all the spanish regions and copy them to "Source" on the first link:

Select the region you want to see the results of, to Target:

https://i.imgur.com/Leq99x5.png

Then on Single, select Reduce to 3 Populations and clink on the region (last button):

https://i.imgur.com/PwTwMkq.png

It will give the result for the population on Target, with 3 populations from those on Source.
