No. Keltic-Nordid doesn't mean Anglo-Saxon. My mom is a mix of Keltic-Nordid+Borreby and she's Danish-Scottish and German. Not Anglo-Saxon. Anglo-Saxons can be Keltic-Nordid, but they aren't the only group of it.

Neil Tennant is nordid+borreby. Chris Lowe is a nordid+borreby blend too, however the borreby admixutre is stronger in his case.
