Not Serbian. Montenegrin.
Not matter, Montenegrins are just one Serbian ethnic sub-stock.

his eyes are not the eyes of an european man, I understand that turanid (if he is turanoid) is considered a caucasoid type but in my opinion chinky eyes disqualifies an individual as europid.
may i ask how many serbs/montenegrins have you seen with this type of look ?

My point is you can't exclude exotic people from belonging to their nation. If you think you can,you should tell Jelena Janković, a former World No. 1 professional tennis player that she isn't Serb and that she should stop playing for her coutry. You don't exclude some random lappoid from being Russian,do you?

Typical Serbian eyeshape are quite large.
Gorid with minor Turanid elements seen in the eyes.
There may be a chance that the eyes are not Turanid but rather East-Baltid; I remember Agrippa saying that it's easy to confuse East-Baltic eyeshapes for Turanid ones in a darker specimen.
