I have returned to the Apricity in a nominal form.

I have nothing else of importance to mention.

I can easily say too much or too little.

To those whom I remember, it is good to be 'back'

Hello. That would be incorrect. Along the lines of libelous, methinks.

Yesh Atid is a lefty party (Social-Liberal). You should change your nickname to "HaBayit HaYehudi" (The Jewish Home) - a more capitalistic party. :)

Really? I never really got that impression. Yair Lapid seemingly portrays himself as quite pragmatic and willing to leave the market alone. The transliteration "There is future" sounds reasonable I guess. Please don't get me started on Bennett

Why? you don't like him? Yair Lapid raised the taxes, added regulations while Bennet removes regulations. Something is fucked up with the current government.. :/

Only due to pressure from Bibi and the rest of his Likudnik sheeple. Lapid has the power to bring peace, by threatening to leave the coalition thus bringing the government down.

What peace? You think that the current negotiation will end up with a signed contract between Israel and the Palestinians? You should read more... The Palestinians ask too much - 200,000 visas for Palestinians to work in Israel, releasing all the Palestinian terrorists, leave the Jordan Valley for the Palestinians (strategic area for the defense of Israel), kick the Jewish settlers from their houses and more.

I don't think Mahmoud Abbas really wants peace.

The Palestinian leadership don't want peace, that's a given. A prolonged conflict benefits them the most; they can extort more "aid" money from gullible European nations, whilst also using it to divert their own inept leadership.
But within the confines of Israeli society, Lapid's threat may put enough pressure on Bibi to at least appease some of their demands. I don't see why Bibi can't propose what Barak did in 2000.
