For example, If the Slavs are modeled through CWC in studies, does this mean that they do not have a component of the Srubnaya, or Sintashta culture (Steppe_MLBA), or have very little (1-3%) because academic tools do not confuse the components?
As I understand it, no, but such influences are usually too minimal to show up in these high-level models for europeans

You can recreate the sentence of events. In the absence of local samples, the correlation between the Slavs and the steppe is close.

IMHO In general, the correlations remained at the CWC>Fatyanovo level. Returns from the steppe were rare. If anything, maybe via Scythians or Finns proper.
