Dinarid/Dinaro-Pontid like, I would guess Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, or the Czech Republic. This just means South/Southwest-Central Europe in general. I suppose he could fit into parts of the Balkans, but I am not great at this guessing game.

You are very, very close... actually correct. He is Austrian (from near Slovenia and may have Slovenian ancestry)!

This is interesting, because at first I thought Italian or French, but he did not look swarthy enough for French. I thought perhaps he is Slavic, but some sort of vibe said he is not completely Slavic. There was something about him that reminded me about some Austrians I have seen so I thought if I averaged it out he probably came from Slovenia.

Not really, but in some pictures the eyes, facial structure, and hair give him the look of an Austrian. He just looks like he has gone gay or something like that. Typical left winger that should be castrated and then made to work in a kitchen.
