Just interested how do we know what are these people's exact nationalities?
Look for example this guy has surname ending with -yan (as most of the Armenian surnames), he has a medal with Armenian tricolor and there's something written in Armenian on the background, so anyone not aware will simply think he's an Armenian, while in fact he's of Yezdi nationality

Or is this guy a French? Nope, we know he's of Hungarian and Jewish descent
Yet if we didn't know his nationality he would be presented as French (if he's photo was googled and found in a French site, or was tagged as French in a site)

Then I don't get the Levantine part as well, there are several nations living in that geographical area, so posting a photo of a "levantine" is not clear to me, a levantine of what descent? Because as far as I know there isn't such nationality as "levantine", same way can we post pictures of "Americans"? Or in that case someone will ask "American of what descent"?
