Well he looks like a colonial of Western European extract, I would guess Spanish or Portuguese descent mixed with some British Isles or France...

Nordo-Mediterranid Atlantid, pretty much can fit in a lot of different places on the Atlantic I would say, like Spain, France, and the British Isles area.
