Hi all,
I'm trying to see if these SNP allele matches I have are ancient Eurasian or Amerindian. Being I have ancestors in the American colonies that lived near the frontier where Indians were nearby, it's possible its Amerind.
I would like to know if European users show any of these alleles that I have:
rs12640180 A allele
rs142692747 T allele
rs117733303 G allele
rs3798220 C allele
rs143385942 C allele
I have one copy of all of these (if there's Amerind, it's on my father's side only) and according to Ensembl population genetics, Europe has 0-1% presence of these alleles.
