Today I told my Mom I uploaded our GEDCOMs to MyHeritage. She is angry about that. I was trying to tell her that I purchased their Complete Plan but didn't get to that. So I wrote to MyHeritage asking for a refund and said I want to delete our GEDCOMs and my account. I'm waiting for a reply which may take 7 days. I clicked on "delete" for my Mom's GEDCOM. I still have mine up for now.

Update: I told my Mom I purchased the Complete Plan and requested a refund. I told her I deleted her GEDCOM.

This fucking garbage of a company is going to delete every single account with a Russian flag by February 1. Even if you change the country, that still won't help you. Ridiculous. :picard1:

MyHeritage's customer service sucks.

I requested a refund on January 13th. Their Support Team emailed me that they were forwarding my request to Billing. I have not heard from Billing. I tried contacting them again, several times every day since then and their website has a glitch that prevents me from requesting a refund.

A woman called me from New York from MyHeritage. No refund but she offered me an additional 6 months free. I guess I'll have to re-upload my GEDCOM.
