As most phenotype predictors in my experience, this one is not accurate. The only accurate I’ve seen so far is 23andMe and it gives you percentages as epigenetics can affect gene expression differently. To give you an example, this predictor gives me an olive skin (23andMe predicts accurately as very light to light with less than 1 percent chance of olive skin), lots of freckles (I have none, again 23andMe predicts accurately), dark brown hair (my hair is dark blonde), and brown eyes (my eyes are intermediate green-light hazel). Again, 23andMe predicts all of this correctly while this calc does not. It also makes my husband pale skinned, he has a darker shade and tans well, blonde (his hair is medium brown), his eyes intermediate (he has blue eyes).
