The arguments in court were hard to grasp for Magda Brown, another Auschwitz survivor. "I couldn't understand much of the legal dialogue," Brown said. "I'm here simply because I believe that 'Never Again,' should mean 'Never Again.'"
"Never again"? You taking money from people who didn't do shit makes them want to say "AGAIN! AGAIN!" more.

The Department of Justice filed a "Statement of Interest" saying that while the government "doesn't take a legal position on any claims or defenses," it wants the lawsuit "to be dismissed on any valid legal ground."
But what about AIPAC?!
