Maybe I'm wrong, but adding the general dimension of human populations, Caucasoids can be logically separated.

They are equally distant form Nganassan and Yoruba, so what's wrong?

There is a difference as Andrei and I calculated based on a similar set. I wonder if it's a difference in the model or the proper selection of extreme anchors.

Whole G25 dataset would be too big. Use 25-30 groups instead
