Yes good estimation, for Afghan Tajiks I would say ( my own estimation) around 15-25%. For hazaras maybe around 3-8%. For Nuristanis between 40-50%.Uzbeks definitely less than 10%. Turkic/Mongol groups brings the average of the country down by Alot.

If by majority you mean between 70-80% then yes majority are dark eyed, that is, brown and light brown/dark mixed eyes. 20-35% depending on the region and tribe in my opinion are light eyed, not necessarily pure blue eyed which is lower.
