Admittedly, that was something that I would never, ever expect.

I always thought Carthaginians were indeed solely, or for the most part, the descendants of the Phoenician colonists who settled in the Western Mediterranean. Not largely Greeks and native Sicilians.

Anyone has any Gedmatch or data from any genetic database to confirm or debunk this?
