A friend of mine is offering a free genetic modeling service through the site Bread DNA, using qpAdm, a well-established tool employed in serious genetic studies.
qpAdm estimates ancestral origins by comparing your DNA to ancient populations, following rigorous scientific methods.

The reliability of the model is assessed through a p-value:
If the p-value is above 0.05, the model is considered acceptable.

For example, my own result has a p-value of 0.58, meaning it is considered reliable.
(i'm strictly 75% ethnic French and 25% sardinian) :
74.9% France Occitanie (Bronze Age)
25.1% Sardinia (Iron Age)

This is a serious service based on scientifically recognized methods.

Understanding the p-value in qpAdm:
In a qpAdm model, the p-value helps check whether the proposed model (the explanation of your ancestral origins) matches your genetic data.

A p-value above 0.05 means the model is statistically acceptable: your DNA fits well with the selected ancient populations.

A very low p-value (e.g., 0.01 or lower) suggests the model is a poor fit.

In short:

p-value > 0.05 = credible model

p-value < 0.05 = questionable model

The p-value doesn't represent a "success percentage"; it simply tests whether your ancestry model could realistically explain your genetic data without being statistically rejected.

However, you don't have to worry too much about the p-value.
If this concept feels too technical, just know that the individual offering the service does not select models that fail.
As stated on the site, models with a p-value below 0.05 are discarded and not reported.

It would be cool if it showed standard errors.

Because you can have a good p-value but the standard error could be all wonky:

139419

Standard errors are the +or- X% next to the assigned admixture.

All P Values Above 0.07
All chisq below 17
All standard errors 11% or below
Relevant Right Populations

You'll find the guy's email address, which will make it easy to contact him for more information.

The guy also explained why he didn't provide the p-value:

thought about it before, but decided to just make a standards page instead because 1: it would require me editing the results page and the page where i input results, and 2: i dont want to keep gtting the same question of what a p value is so id rather just have it as that
p val doesnt matter as much when its past 0.05 and i require a p val of atleast 0.06 so its still all passes

Waiting for Andrei opinion on it:)

if it's free it mustn't be too good

Now people will flood this guy with requests and most likely it will take months for someone to recieve their results. Chances are the results themselves won't be accurate and scrambled, and most likely the site will soon be gone or switch to paid status because the author will realize the impracticality of spending hours on modeling people with no pay

I'm warning you: the person decided to charge for modeling on the qpadm because it takes time for him.

Free services makes sense if they are automated (like Vahaduo), but if someone spend months to create such free service it is also impractical to publish it for nothing. But it is my opinion only and his life.

Maybe you can ask him to do it again with some suggestions based off of your G25 results.

Avarege is something like 8-9%. He's above average.
