Are my Eurogenes more than just 'noise'?

Firstly, hello guys! I know it's been a while. Hope we are all doing well. I am here to touch base with y'all on the front of genetic query.
What is at the fore of my attention concerns the disparity between my DNA results on 23andMe (now deleted) and data that I uploaded from said results to Gedmatch. I am not gonna go into detail, but, on paper, excluding a French 2x great-grandparent, I am of 100% NW European admixture (Irish/Welsh/Dutch).
Firstly let's use K36 as our example....

21.4 - North Atlantic
21.3 - North Sea
15.18 - Iberian
12.14 - French
7.84 - Fennoscandian
7.62 - Eastern Euro
4.28 - North Caucasian
3.8 - East Central Euro
2.08 - West Med
1.8 - Basque
1.47 - West Caucasian
1.07 - East Balkan

What comes to my attention, concerns the 11.42% that is Eastern Euro/East Central Euro. This pattern is repeated throughout Eurogenes.... Does this mean there is some eastern/central European ancestry hiding in my family tree?

I care more about the oracle results more so than some of the admixtures in that tool. Some of it is worth consideration like what you score for Near Eastern components. Also, I think percentages at or above 1% should be considered and looked into with other tools like G25 etc.

If your ancestry truly is just Irish+Welsh+Dutch+French, I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the east euro. People of total NW euro stock often get east-central euro populations “mentioned”…seen it a bunch.

Gedmatch was nice for it's time because there wasn't much else. Look at G25 modern individuals (real people) and see what results you get. If you get someone in your make up that is from Poland etc... give it some credence. In fact, there was a thread started here using G25 data from real people. I think there were members here or their family members.

If you don't have a G25 you'd better try a K13 - at least for me it gives more relevant results. Convert to Vahaduo.
