In Genome Biology we have a new study about genetics of Flemish Belgians and the Dutch:

Fig. 3 shows Gaulish Celtic (blue) and Germanic (orange) ancestry in each region, and for Sint-Truiden (Limburg) and West-Flanders also in each period (EMA - Early Medieval, HMA - High Medieval, LMA - Late Medieval, PMA - Post-Medieval, Modern):

I guess it can be taken almost literally for Belgium but for the Netherlands the significant non-Germanic 'Northwestblock' ancestry is likely grouped in with the Germanic.
