Normal for the time period, early OoA sapiens and pre LGM Europeans have the highest Neanderthal. Hardly breaking news.

We will eventually find individuals with even higher Neanderthal than this, it's just a bit of luck to stumble upon the remains of first generations balanced mixes between the two species, modern humans wiped most of them out relatively quickly. It took about 10ky entirely but most of them disappeared in the first couple of hundred years of contact.

Oase is an outlier who didn't contribute to moderns, but R7 Continenza (Italy) does for example.
