This tool is an interactive genetic distance‐comparison that lets you quickly see how different samples or populations relate to you. It computes multiple distance metrics—Euclidean, Manhattan, Chebyshev, and Pearson correlation—then color‐codes each metric to highlight which samples are closest or farthest apart.

I would like to advertise my tool here, called mageplot.

It looks like there are no Polish samples there, so the result is strange.
