He is Iranid. This type is not uncommon in Iraq, although Arabids abound more so especially the more in the Southern regions of Iraq. Well Iranids dominate the North and some areas of central Iraq. His look can be found in parts of Turkey, the Caucasus and Iran more than any place.

I could see him fitting in places like the Iran, Azerbaijan, The Caucasus, The Levant, Turkey and perhaps Cyprus.
