Was Oase basal to Basal Eurasians? Or was he on the Western Eurasian branch?

Definitely not a basal eurasian, he has higher neanderthal than even australians.
Looked probably in the Indian - Australian Aboriginal range.
I don't think he was west eurasian or east eurasian, just its own thing that is equally distant from west and east
