I got the results from them quite quickly — in less than a day.
As for the regions, they are practically 100% accurate. My only reservation is the percentage of German, which I find too high.

Good evening,
We're sending you this email to let you know that your Modern Ancestry results are ready, but also to let you know that we were unable to identify both your haplogroups using the raw data you've sent us. It appears as though the raw data does not contain any Y-DNA or mtDNA markers that we need to pinpoint your haplogroups.
Would you have a different raw data from a different company that has the haplogroup SNPS in it so we can identify them for you?

Nice that they wrote it to you. My experience is that they have very good customer service.

Yes, I thanked them and said this is the only raw data I have, from FTDNA.

But I think your results are quite good for you. But it seems they have to add more regions for SE Europe

I have my genealogy very well documented and I can attest I got near perfect results with it. Even a bit better than 23andme's, I would say. The haplogroups given were 1~2 sub-clades deeper too.
From genealogy, my percentages should be:
- 62.5% Italian:
--- 37.5% North Italian (Lombardy, Veneto, close to the border with Emilia-Romagna)
--- 25% South Italian (Calabria, Campania and Molise, possibly distant Sicily)
- 37.5% Iberian (Andalusia, Murcia, Canary Islands)
And here are the results I got:
143558
My sister got even more uncannily good results. Literally almost perfect according to genealogy, the only mistake was the Azores as a genetic group. Lazio was theoretically wrong too, but I will take it considering it is close to Campania. Hers:

One thing is certain: they are definitely better than MyHeritage.

Uploaded my father's and my girlfriend's raw data there now.
My father's result were just as good:
143561
For context, my mother is 50/50 North and South Italian, so his ancestry by genealogy is 75% Iberian + 25% North Italian. We have distant ancestry from Aveiro, north of Portugal, so maybe this is what triggered the Beja genetic group? We also have distant ancestry from Ticino, in Switzerland, which I guess might explain this minor Germanic admixture (like, this is more likely just noise, but I mean that it makes sense for him to be slightly north-shifted).
My girlfriend's results were not exactly bad, but not as good imo:
143562
She is Serbian (half Bosnian Serb, half Southern Serbia). The percentages themselves are OK, but she has no connection to that genetic group in Greece, which is not even a Slavic speaking area (not sure about admixture, though). I am not that familiar with Balkan genetics, so I don't know what else I can say about it. I just think they need more genetic groups from ex-Yugoslavia.

I guess she is bit less Slavic and more Balkan-Roman than their "Balkan Slavic" average.
I got cca 90% Balkan Slavic and 10% Ukraine, while she got 90% Balkan Slavic and 10% Greece.
And I dont have known ancestry from Ukraine (if 7th century migrations are excluded :P).

Well, that was anticlimactic...

Not good results, in my opinion. Missed my Greek heritage, made me half Romanian. Seems like they miss samples from the Balkans, and genetic groups.

That makes sense, I just found it somewhat inconsistent with her other results.
For instance, her results on Ancestry are 86% Balkans, 12% Central and Eastern Europe and 0% Greece and Albania, but 2% Baltics. In LivingDNA she gets 59% West Balkans, 36% East Balkans and 5% Pannonian. I got her G25 coordinates and she got slightly lower Yamnaya than I expected (39%), but strangely higher WHG (12%). Her closest populations are Bosniaks and Bosnian Serbs on Illustrative DNA.
I am very curious about this high WHG input because her results on the unsupervised in Illustrative were also interesting. She kept getting stuff like "90% Serb + 10% Lithuanian" or "50% Greek + 50% Latvian". 90% Serb + 10% Russian also had a good fit, and these patterns repeated also on non-modern two population analyses.
