I was just eating some cashew nuts, which are apparently not nuts.
Due to traveling a great deal of the country earlier today I ate a subway sandwich (vegetarian) and later noodles with mixed vegetables.
I tend to not have any real structured meals as of late :(
While at home I ate lots of Ma's cheese rolls, it's a Southern thing. :thumb001:

Pelmeni:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/49/Pelmeni.jpg
Pelmeni (Russian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_language): пельмени — plural, пельмень pel’men’ — singular) are a Russian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russia) national dish, a type of dumpling (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dumpling) consisting of a filling that is wrapped in thin unleavened dough (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dough). In other languages they are called by similar names: Belarusian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belarusian_language): пяльмені pyal’meni; Tatar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tatar_language): пилмән(нәр) pilmän(när); Ukrainian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukrainian_language): пельмені pel’meni; Latvian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latvian_language): pelmeņi; Estonian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estonian_language): pelmeenid.
The filling can be minced (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mince) meat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meat) (pork (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pork), lamb (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamb_and_mutton), beef (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beef), or any other kinds of meat), fish, and mushrooms. The mixing together of different kinds of meat is also popular. The traditional Ural (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ural_%28region%29) recipe requires a mixture of 45% beef, 35% mutton and 20% pork.[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelmeni#cite_note-1) Pelmeni in Perm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perm) (west of the Ural Mountains (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ural_Mountains)) are often filled with mushrooms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mushroom), onions, turnips (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turnip), or sauerkraut (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sauerkraut) instead of meat.[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelmeni#cite_note-perm-2) Various spices, such as black pepper and onions, are mixed into the filling.

I am having dinner: a plate of broad beans, cooked potatoes and pork chops (and some gravy). :) With it I am drinking a glass of Westmalle Tripel
http://blackwithblue.free.fr/IMG/jpg/Westmalle_Tripel_Portrait_small.jpg
Tripel Westmalle (http://blackwithblue.free.fr/IMG/jpg/Westmalle_Tripel_Portrait_small.jpg), a 9.5% ABV tripel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tripel), was first brewed in 1934 and the recipe has not changed since 1956. It is made with pale candy sugar and has a very pale color produced from a mash of light pilsener malts. Styrian Goldings hops are used along with some German varieties and the classic Saaz hops (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saaz_hops) pilsener hop. After a long secondary fermentation, the Tripel Westmalle is bottled with a dose of sugar and yeast. This beer holds up well in the bottle over time and seems to soften with age.

By the way, in a thread about global weights and health you claimed to be obese, the last pics I have seen of you you dont even look overweight, did you lose 50ibs or something ?
I had an omelette with ham and cheese for breakfast (my usual weekend ritual). A bar of dark chocolate and milk for lunch, and will have smoked salmon for dinner.

I didn't claim to be obese, but merely suggested that going by the accepted BMI system, I was an obese individual.
the last pics I have seen of you you dont even look overweight, did you lose 50ibs or something ?
I gain mass on my stomach and thighs. Even then it doesn't manifest itself fully because I am only 5 foot 10 inches and have always stored that mass naturally as muscle.
I just weighed myself (especially for you Dronkie;):D) and I've lost a quarter stone in over a week.
