N1b2 according to 23andMe.
N1b1b according to LivingDNA.

Looks like I would have to do a mtDNA-specific test to know for sure.
But its certaily some clade of N.

Location: Slovenia, but this direct maternal line of mine is not ethnically Slovene, its Jewish.

LivingDna’s haplogroups are more accurate than 23andMe which makes me think their autosomal raw data is probably better too

You are thinking of Y-DNA N (M231) which is Mong. :)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplogroup_N-M231

But mtDNA N1 is an entirely different thing.

Oh darn it, that 1 added in front of the "N" makes a ton of difference lol

What can you tell about your mtDNA?

The discovery of U5a1 in ancient Mongolia challenges previous assumptions about the Altai Mountains being a major barrier to gene flow and indicates that people with this "western" mtDNA lineage lived on the Steppe before the Bronze Age. (c) AI

23andMe assigns me N1b1b..have not tried LivingDNA, but third party uploads give me N1b1a2. Seems there are some unknowns, possibly several not-fully resolved N1b subclades out there that these places are having trouble exactly pinpointing in some cases.

As of FTDNA's newest mitotree update I'm now X2b25a^

I've got one exact match. Five full sequence matches within 3 steps. The most distant of those is from Russia but provides no further information. The rest are of Polish maternal origin and appear to trace back to a particular region.

"Rare ancient connections" listed to ancient samples collected at Catalhoyuk and in Neolithic Bulgaria. All of these are attributed to a cousin branch, not X2b25 itself.
