Are Ancient Australian samples available in G25 already? I can't see them in David's official spreadsheet yet:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UrhcfNMLW0oMXIbHGUE60v2taCM7PFw1/view

I'm talking about samples such as these:

KP1
KP2
MH6
MH7
MH8
PA86
PA109
WLH4
WPAH4

Also, there is a new BK1 sample, does anyone have a bed/bim/fam PLINK format fileset with this sample?:

I'm not sure if you guys noticed, but Aboriginal Australians seem to have South Asian admixture that is absent from Papuans. For example here are the results of 16 Aborigines in Eurogenes K15, notice the high South Asian and some Southeast Asian:

This seems to be in line with what this 2013 study found out:

Do you notice an Indian influence in Abo's outside of genetics?

Maybe they were the ones who introduced the Dingo to Australia?

But when using G25 coordinates Southeast Asian is more prevalent:

In my Last Glacial Maximum calculator (after removing Sahulian_AUS pop. from references) they score like this:
More Southeast_Asian (which is based on Hoabinhians and Leang Panninge) than South Asian (AASI Simulated):

There is one more sample in Ajeje's spreadsheet:

Just noticed that 23andme splits Aboriginal ancestry roughly half and half between Melanesian and Indian/South Asian. I assume Papuans get full Melanesian. If so that's quite a racial difference.

I have noticed for a long time an Indian likeness in many Abo's, particularly from the North, not only in their look but also their languages. Would be a record-scratch moment if it turns out they are largely descended from them in the last 2000 years or so.
