A protest against Hungary's membership in the European Union has been held next to the European Commission’s offices in the capital Budapest.
The demonstration was organized by a local far-right party "Jobbik" and was attended by about three thousand people.
During the demonstration two MPs from the "Jobbik" party burned the EU flag.
Nationalist leader Gabor Vona spoke to the demonstrators and demanded that the authorities hold a referendum on Hungary's exit from the EU.
He said that all that Europe needed from Hungary was cheap labor, markets and a place to dump garbage.
