That's standard Albanian.
Standard Albanian is based on Tosk dialect.

All of those words are used here except ''Haristis'' and ''Perkales'' which probably is similar to today word 'perkulem'' which translation is bend

Haristis may be from Greek efharisto which means thanks, and Perkales in Greek is Parakalo. The old Arbresh who went to Italy came from the Pelloponese. It's interesting that Jo=No is Albanian since some say it comes from the Turkish word Yok.

Thanks to liberal policies of Italy, Arbėresh community have managed to preserve their language. Arbėresh willingness to preserve their language, culture and traditions is amazing.

As safinator said, it is Tosk dialect. Later, when the unification of language has been done, albanian linguists decided that Tosk dialect is more practical!
Gheg dialect also contributed to a large extent.
